Dato' Roseley Bin Omar, Chairman

Kapten Dato’ Roseley Bin Omar retired from the Royal Malaysian Armed Forces in 1981, embarking on a successful career in logistics, downstream oil and gas, and the hospitality and tourism sectors in Sarawak. His military background, including service in the 2nd Royal Reconnaissance Regiment and as SO3 logistics at RASCOM, combined with his entrepreneurial ventures, adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tektika.

Emir Roseley is an entrepreneur and strategist with experience spanning energy, logistics, security, and government consultancy. Educated in economics at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and trained at the Royal Military College, he combines global perspective with national service values.

Having managed businesses across multiple sectors and worked within Sarawak’s State Planning Unit, Emir brings both commercial discipline and policy insight to Tektika. Today, he leads the company’s drive to evolve from a defence supplier into a sovereign technology integrator, focused on developing Malaysia’s next generation of ISR and surveillance middleware.

Lieutenant General Dato’ Awie Bin Suboh (Retired),
Advisor

After serving almost 40 years with the Royal Malaysian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Dato' Awie bin Suboh retired in 2011 as the highly respected Commander of the 1st Division Headquarters in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. Before that, he helmed the leadership of the 21st Special Operations Group (GGK).

General Awie’s experience and network has been proven to be indispensable for Martial Security. He has also served as the Company’s Chairman between 2013 and 2023.

General Awie is an alumni of the United States Marine Corps' Command And Staff College in Quantico, United States.

Major General Dato’ Abdullah Bin Karim (Retired),
Advisor

Major General Dato' Abdullah Bin Karim another key advisor for Martial Security Sdn Bhd due to his corporate experience in the defense industry.

Upon retirement in 2012, General Dato’ Abdullah was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Defence Services Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DEFTECH. Whilst with the company, was responsible to manage the Maintainance Repair and Overhaul the Malaysian Army's fleet of the armoured vehicles.

In 2016, he acted as a consultant for Wawasan Maju Jaya Sdn Bhd and has successfully engaged with multiple principals for military hardware.

General Dato’ Abdullah served 40 years with the Royal Malaysian Armed Forces, retiring in 2012 as the Defence Attache in Australia. His highest domestic appointment was the Director General of the Armored Corps.
